The moment is forever the ancient future.  The Earth is the soil, the soil is the food, the food is the people, the people are the caretakers of life, for better of or worse.

Quality truly is more important than quantity and would be the factor to determine how much of something would be needed. 

Indigenous Microorganisms are innate, and they hold the balance of what comes in and goes out of this realm.  some of these IMO's are mycelium.

The process of cultivating the IMO's involves placing some partially cooked rice into a bamboo container and setting it in the woods, preferably old growth, for a few days while the IMO's appear.
